What is Qanbuy by Qanvast all about? 

Qanvast is a renovation platform that aims to simplify homeowners’ renovation journey. With that in mind, Qanbuy by Qanvast wants to be part of your ever-changing work in progress project by filling up your home with specially curated home products to enhance your everyday living.   

Are the products authentic? 

All products sold on Qanbuy by Qanvast are specially curated and sourced directly from brand partners and suppliers. We guarantee all items are authentic. Warranty card(s), documentation and/or manual(s) may not always be included with your item if the brand partner/supplier has not supplied them. 

What payment methods does Qanbuy by Qanvast accept? 

We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and Amercan Express debit and credit cards. 

When will my item(s) be delivered? 

We aim to deliver your item(s) as soon as we can from the date of order received and payment confirmation. Tracking details will be provided within 1 - 2 working days after order placement.

All delivery is complimentary for local orders in Singapore and will take 3 - 5 working days after you have received your tracking details. 

Do take note that there may be a delay in deliveries during sale and festive period due to high volume of orders. 

What is your return policy? 

All products sold are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. 

If the product is defective, we will replace the product for you within 30 days from the date of purchase. A full refund according to your original payment mode will be provided if a replacement is unavailable. 

How can I return my Qanbuy by Qanvast item(s)? 

Kindly submit a request for return within 7 days from the date of delivery with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Item name
  • Item model
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason of return
  • Photo(s) of the defect

Please make sure that all items are in its original purchase condition including the original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty card(s), manual(s), and all accessories. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. 

Once your request for return has been approved, a free pick-up service will be arranged to collect your item(s) from the address provided.
